Faith-in-Action is a purposeful focus on missions where our students' faith positively affects not only our local community, but missions worldwide.  It is also an opportunity for our students to gain a wider world vision.

At the beginning of the year, each class chooses a local organization to provide prayer and assistance (financial and other) on an on-going basis throughout the year.  Field trips are planned periodically throughout the year to serve at the organization in some capacity.  In addition, each class is also partnering with a missionary in another country.  Don Schwarz, FBCP Missions Pastor, has assisted Shannon Martin, Faith-in-Action Coordinator - EHCA, in coordinating this effort.  Students communicate with the missionaries via email, learn about the culture where the missionaries live, and pray for the mission field and the needs of the missionaries.  Classes raise funds, collect supplies, etc. for the missionaries as the need arises.
