Academy Ministry Team (AMT)

Eagle Heights Christian Academy operates as an independent Texas 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and is governed by the Academy Ministry Team (AMT). The AMT assists the Principal in a visionary and advisory capacity establishing and enforcing school and staff policies. Academy Ministry Team members are appointed to serve by the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church, Pearland.

Dr. Karen Gapsiewicz, Director of Instruction, and Mrs. Beth Rogers, Director of Student Services, direct the overall administrative and personnel operations of the school. Eagle Heights has approximately 32 staff members. Our teachers and staff are capable and caring Christians who view their profession as a higher calling of service. They are the backbone of our school. We ask you to pray for these leaders, the administrative staff and faculty as they do their work for the school and show God's love to our students.
