2021-2022 Enrollment – Enrollment/re-enrollment continues. For current students, please log into your ParentsWeb account, click on Apply/Enroll and choose Enrollment/reenrollment. Follow the links to start a packet. To add a new student to your family, click on Apply/Enroll and choose Application. For new families enrolling, please go to www.eagle-heights.org click on Admissions and follow the new student pathway. All forms are online. **Registration fee increase next Monday** - The Registration fee increases next Monday. Don’t miss this early enrollment incentive for a fee reduced by $50! It is currently $235, will be $285.
Faith In Action - Our annual St. Jude Trike-a-Thon kickoff will take place in chapel on Wednesday, May 5th, for PreK3, PreK4 and Kindergarten. The Trike-a-Thon event will take place on Thursday, May 20th with all donations being due on Tuesday, May 25th.
Talent Show - EHCA has Talent - Our talent show will be on Friday, May 7th. The Student Council is working hard to organize the show. Hats off to all students who have volunteered to participate.
Library books Due - All library books must be returned to the library no later than Thursday, May 13th. All accounts must be cleared and fines paid before the end of school.
Book Fair - EXCITING NEWS! The Scholastic Book Fair will be in person at Eagle Heights this year! The book fair is a great opportunity to encourage your child’s reading habits, to get wholesome books in their hands, and to set them up for summer reading. Summer reading is an important element for maintaining kids’ reading skills. Additionally, it can often provide opportunities for adventure and confidence building. Lastly, the book fair is helpful in raising funds for the improvement of our school library. The dates for the book fair will be Monday, May 17, 2021 thru Thursday, May 20, 2021. It will be in the north lobby of the school so it will be easy to find. More information will be forthcoming outlining details for the book fair – daily times and parent shopping hours. Kindergarten Graduation and PreK Program- Wednesday May 26th at 8:30am. This is always a special event, seeing our kindergarteners in their graduation robes. It is also such a delight to hear the PreK and Kindergarten classes perform for us!
Class of 2021 Graduation and 1st – 12th Grade Promotion- Thursday, May 27th at 10:00 a.m., we will hold a promotion ceremony for our 1st – 8th graders. That night, at 7:00 p.m., our 2021 Seniors will walk across the stage to graduate and our 7th-11th grade students will be promoted.
Noon Dismissal- Thursday, May 27th is the last day of school. Students will be dismissed at noon and there will be NO after school care on this day.
Lunch Accounts- An automated email is sent every Sunday for those students with a negative lunch balance. Payments can be made online, www.eagle-heights.org, click Pay Online tab.
Lost and Found- If you are missing something of value, please let us know. Most importantly, please remember to put your child’s name in their jackets, lunch boxes and on their drink bottles. Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the school year.
Dress Code- Parents please be mindful of our dress code policy for PreK3 and up. In a nutshell, students are required to wear solid colored collared shirt and solid colored bottoms in black, navy, khaki, brown, grey (and denim in PreK only).
